I currently accept blue cross blue shield and I’m in-network with: Blue Value POS, PPO, and Indemnity.

02 — self-pay

Don’t have insurance? no worries! My rates are as follows:

• Intake assessment - $130

• 60 minutes - $110

• 45 minutes - $90

Payment may be made by cash, check, credit card, venmo (@Lauren-Averitt-1).

03 — sliding scale

I understand that some circumstances may make mental health seem unaffordable. That’s why I offer a sliding scale for those who qualify due to financial limitations. Please let me know prior to our first session if this is something you would like more information on.

04 — Cancelation / no show policy

any cancelations received less than 24 hours prior to an appointment will incur a $25 missed appointment fee.

no show - $110 (full rate of 60 minute session)
